Parmesan Pasta And Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chopped spinach, well drained
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. linguine, cooked
Preparation

Place milk, broth and spinach in food processor. Blend until well mixed and smooth.
Saute garlic and onion in butter in skillet 2 to 3 minutes. Add spinach mixture. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and pepper, stirring until thickened.
Pour spinach mixture over linguine and mix. Makes 6 servings.
