Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. spaghetti
    1 hen (fat)
    4 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    2 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
    mushrooms (optional)
    1 stick celery
Preparation
    Season and cook hen. Save all broth. Cook spaghetti in broth. Brown onions in broth or butter. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, tomato paste, celery, chili powder and mushrooms.
    Cook until celery is tender. Combine sauce with spaghetti.
    Stir. Add deboned chicken which has been chopped.
    Let simmer at low heat 10 minutes. Serves 10.
