Watermelon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. plus 1/2 c. real butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. raisins
    red food coloring
    1 recipe Green Icing (recipe follows)
