Jelly Filled Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. oil or shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Cut in shortening.
Add milk and egg.
Put batter in 12 muffin papers or pan.
Place 1 teaspoon jelly on top of each muffin and press down.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, 15 to 20 minutes.
