Crustless Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 pt. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. Monterey Jack (1/2 lb.)
    6 oz. fresh/frozen crabmeat
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    In a blender or food processor, blend eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, onion powder and salt.
    Pour mixture into a large bowl.
    Add mushrooms, Jack cheese and crabmeat.
    Pour into quiche dish.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Makes 8 servings.
