Drop Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. margarine
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can Carnation milk
    13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grease sides and bottom of large saucepan with 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Add 1/3 cup margarine, sugar and milk.
    Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Cook to soft ball stage.
    Takes about 7 minutes from first bubbles.
    Add chocolate bits, marshmallow cream and chopped pecans.
    Stir until chocolate is dissolved.
    Beat until smooth and creamy.
    Drop onto waxed paper.
    Makes about 5 pounds.
