"Aunt Elsie'S Lefse" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, mashed
    1/2 c. cream
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    flour to roll
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash very fine and fluffy.
    Add cream, butter, salt and sugar.
    Beat until light and let cool.
    Add flour.
    Roll as for pie crust, as thin as possible.
    Bake on lefse grill, turning once, until light brown.
