Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. egg substitute
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 c. whipped topping
    nutmeg for garnish
Preparation
    With electric mixer, blend egg yolks and sugar until thick. Add next 5 ingredients; blend well.
    Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Chill 24 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator.
    Pour into mugs; garnish with topping and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Serves 6.
