Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (no water)
4 medium zucchini (1/4, cook until soft)
3/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 Tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. herb crouton cubes
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix soup and sour cream; blend in casserole dish.
Cook carrots and onion in 6 tablespoon butter until soft (save butter in saucepan).
Add carrots and onion to casserole.
Add zucchini (cooked) and 1 1/2 cups croutons to casserole.
Stir gently.
