Sweet Potato And Cashew Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sweet potatoes, drained
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. broken cashew nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, cashew nuts, salt and ginger. In a baking dish, layer 1/2 the sweet potatoes and 1/2 the peaches. Sprinkle 1/2 the brown sugar mixture. Repeat layers and dot with butter. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Spoon syrup over mixture before serving.
