Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 small can green olives, chopped
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    garlic or garlic salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. salt (omit if using garlic salt)
    1/8 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and shape into ball or log.
    Sprinkle with paprika and roll in nuts.
