Zucchini Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tender zucchini (6 c.)
    6 c. sugar
    6 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 (6 oz.) apricot or peach jello
Preparation
    Peel and seed 1 large, tender zucchini.
    Cut on cole slaw cutter and measure 6 cups.
    Stir all together, except jello.
    Boil for 6 minutes.
    Add jello.
    Stir well and pour into jars.
