Curry Sausage Couscous - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. couscous
1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Prepare couscous as directed on package.
Cook sausage, onion, nuts, curry powder, salt and garlic in 10-inch skillet until pork is no longer pink.
Drain.
Stir in couscous and parsley.
Cook about 2 minutes, or until mixture is hot.
