Chicken And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. Port wine
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large frying pan, brown chicken and onion in olive oil. When browned, add rest of ingredients except shrimp.
    Cover and simmer about 45 minutes until chicken is tender.
    Add shrimp and simmer about ten minutes longer.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
