Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow or white cake mix
    1 stick oleo or butter, softened
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. sour cream (may use low-fat)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, butter and coconut by hand.
    Bake in ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not overbake. Should be light brown. Stir sugar, cinnamon and apples together.
    Spread over baked crust. Blend sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
    Dribble over apple mixture.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serve warm or cold.
