Earthquake Cake(Also Known As California Earthquake Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. (4 c.) powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Spray
    a 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam. Layer pan with coconut and pecans.
    Mix cake mix according
    to directions on box.
    Mix together all other ingredients with a hand
    mixer in a separate bowl.
    Pour the cake mixture over
    the coconut
    and
    pecans,
    then
    pour
    the cream cheese mixture
    over the cake batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
