Chicken Kiev(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken boned breasts, halved and skinless
    1 c. plain yogurt
    3 tsp. chives
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 pinch red pepper
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together yogurt, chives, garlic, red pepper, black pepper and salt in bowl.
    Cut a pocket under the breast alongside the bone and fill with mixture.
    Fill all 4 breasts with mix and leftover put on top of chicken.
    Put in baking dish and bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
