Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. cubed potatoes (raw)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    5-6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Add cubed potatoes and cook over low heat 30 minutes more.
    Add soup, cheese and bacon and stir until cheese melts.
