Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
    garlic salt
    oregano
    sugar
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained (do not rinse)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large carton cottage cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion, pepper; add tomato paste and tomato sauce; season with garlic salt, oregano and sugar to taste. Simmer for a few minutes. Mix spaghetti, egg, butter, and Parmesan cheese and put in bottom of casserole dish. Spread cottage cheese over the spaghetti mixture; spread meat mixture over cottage cheese. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
