Frozen Pumpkin Parfait Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
whipped cream
pecans
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter; press into bottom of 9-inch square pan.
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
Mix well.
Soften vanilla ice cream and fold into pumpkin mixture.
Pour into crumb-lined pan, cover and freeze until firm.
Cut in squares.
Top with whipped cream and pecans.
