Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage or 1/2 lb. ham, cut up
    softened butter
    6 slices white bread
    1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble well.
    Drain on paper towel and set aside.
    Spread each slice of bread with butter and cut into cubes.
    Place cubes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with sausage or ham.
    Top with cheese.
