Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    1/3 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes and onion.
    Spray baking dish with Pam.
    Place a layer of potatoes and a layer of onion until all is used.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients; pour over potatoes.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle cheese on top; return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
