English Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small angel food cake
    1 c. sherry
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 pkg. strawberry-banana Jell-O
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1 small can peaches, drained
    1 small can pears, drained
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Break up angel food cake into 1-inch pieces.
    Place in the bottom of a glass bowl or trifle dish.
    Pour sherry over cake and stir.
    Add bananas, mandarin oranges, peaches and pears.
    Put aside.
