Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cottage cheese
9 eggs
1 stick margarine
8 oz. mock crab
10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed
8 oz. sharp Cheddar
6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Sprinkle flour over cottage cheese; let set.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.
Fold in rest of eggs beaten lightly.
Cube margarine and Cheddar in small pieces.
Cut up crab and spinach. Add all ingredients to egg mixture.
Pour into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
