Oyster Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 stick butter
1/2 c. celery, diced
3 toes garlic, minced fine
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. parsley
1 qt. oysters
1 1/2 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Melt butter in large pot and add green onions, celery and garlic.
Cook until clear.
Add oysters and cook until ends curl (about 10 minutes).
Add bay leaves, thyme and parsley and stir. Add milk, cayenne pepper and, if needed, salt (oysters may be salty).
Bring to a slow boil and turn off immediately.
