Pineapple-Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and flour. Blend in slightly beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
