Tahiti Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pear halves
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tsp. maraschino juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

Drain pear halves; dry on paper towel.
Blend the cream cheese, cottage cheese and maraschino juice.
Fill hollows of pears with cheese mixture.
Arrange on lettuce.
