Jalapeno Fudge(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    jalapeno slices to taste
    1 lb. nonfat Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. nonfat Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Egg Beaters (1/2 c.)
    1 can evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Arrange grated cheeses in a 9 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Mix flour, Egg Beaters and skim milk; pour mixture over cheese. Arrange jalapeno peppers on top as you like.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
