Aunt Blanch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (of your choice)
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar (cooks preference)
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 to 10 oz. egg noodles
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 to 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion and garlic, then drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce, sugar, salt and pepper to the beef.\tSimmer on low heat and stir occasionally.\tCook noodles according to package directions; drain well.
    Put noodles in a bowl and stir in sour cream and cream cheese until well blended.\tPlace noodle mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Then put meat sauce on the noodles.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
