Chocolate Cookie Crumble(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar-free instant pudding and pie filling
    5 chocolate wafer cookies (sugar-free)
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 cup of milk into blender.
    Add cream cheese.
    Process cream cheese.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add the remaining milk.
    Add the pudding mix; cover and blend until smooth.
    Spoon half of pudding into 6 individual dishes.
    Cover with chocolate wafers, crumbled.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Serve.
