Sausage Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread with crust trimmed off
    1 lb. sausage, lightly browned
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place bread slices in a buttered Pyrex dish.
    Spoon sausage on top of bread.
    Place cheese on top.
    Mix together eggs and both milks.
    Pour over cheese.
    Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
