Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. oil
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    Add chocolate chips.
    Sift together flour, 2 cups sugar, cocoa, 1 teaspoon salt and soda.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Use small muffin pans and papers.
    Fill muffins 1/2 full with chocolate batter.
    Drop in 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese mix in center of each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen.
