Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes, chopped thin
1 medium onion chopped (optional)
5 slices bacon, cooked
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 stick of butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Spray 13x9 inch Pyrex dish with Pam. Arrange potatoes; add onion. Crumble bacon. Sprinkle with cheese, top with sliced butter. Salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes or 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
