Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 lemon, sliced
Preparation

Place pork chops in Pyrex casserole.
Mix ketchup and water and spoon over chops.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and top with a lemon slice.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove cover and continue to bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
