Baked Flounder With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    8 pieces flounder
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.
    Add bread crumbs and parsley.
    Place mixture on floured pieces and roll.
    Use a toothpick to hold together.
    Place in a shallow baking pan, seam side down and brush with butter and paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
