Smoked Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. liquid smoke (comes in bottle)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together and chill.
    Then form into log shape.
    Roll/coat \"log\" in pecan/parsley mixture.
    Chill several hours.
    Serve with crackers.
