Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh squash, cooked
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 medium tomato, sliced
    1 chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
    dash pepper and garlic salt
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In shallow baking dish, place squash with onion and tomato arranged on top. Sprinkle bouillon cube and seasonings over top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until onions and tomatoes are done. Sprinkle cheese thickly over top and return to oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
