Mexican Fiesta Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large container sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 avocados
1 medium to large can refried beans
salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch green onions
2 large tomatoes
1 to 2 cans sliced black olives
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation

On large oblong or round platter, spread a layer of refried beans.
Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Spread that mixture on top of beans.
Combine sour cream and taco seasoning.
Spread on top of avocado mixture.
Chop and combine green onions, tomatoes and olives.
Spread in a ring around outside of platter.
Garnish with Cheddar cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
