Chocolate Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch one crust pie
    1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (4 oz.) bar sweet cooking chocolate, cut up
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry.
    In saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar, chocolate and milk.
    Heat, stirring constantly, just until chocolate is melted.
    (Could also do in microwave.) Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs.
    Stir in pecan halves.
    Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
    (Center will appear soft.)
    Cool several hours.
