Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 potatoes
    4 to 6 eggs
    1 can green chiles
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 small onion
    grated Cheddar cheese
    flour burrito shells
    salsa (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Dice onion.
    Fry together until tender.
    Once cooked, break potatoes in small pieces; set aside. Fry bacon and crumble into pieces.
    Add to potatoes.
    Scramble eggs; add to potatoes.
    Mix in green chiles.
    Put mixture in warmed burrito shells with Cheddar cheese.
    May be topped with salsa, if desired.
