Italian Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up and skinned
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir together water, rice, tomatoes, Velveeta cheese, onion and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with chicken; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining Italian seasoning. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
