Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    8 to 10 flour tortillas
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 large can chicken broth
    1 carton sour cream
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken; chop up fine.
    Roll chicken and some onion in tortilla; place in baking dish.
    In a frying pan, melt oleo, stir in flour and add chicken broth.
    Simmer until good and hot; stir in sour cream until creamy, then add green chilies.
    Pour over enchiladas.
    Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
