Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    4 oz. tomato juice
    4 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off fat.
    Add onion, tomato sauce and juice.
    Put half of cabbage in a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with meat mixture and repeat layer of cabbage and meat again.
    Insert 1 whole clove in center, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 2.
