Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. herb seasoning stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mash squash and blend all ingredients, except cheese.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
