Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 to 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Heat oil and sugar together.
Add eggs. Add dry ingredients and carrots.
Add nuts and stir in.
Pour in greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
