Easy Vegetable Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bacon slices
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 oz. linguine, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. cherry tomato halves
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons fat.
    Saute broccoli and onions in reserved fat.
    Crumble bacon. Add vegetables and bacon to combined remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
    Serve with additional cheese.
    Yield: 2 servings.
