Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or equal amount of your favorite pieces
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 large diced onion
    1 diced green pepper
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Cover with water and simmer for about 1 hour.
    Remove chicken from broth and allow to cool.
    Save water and add additional water to broth and cook spaghetti.
