Granny'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. lite margarine
    1/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. coarse bread crumbs
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Add the margarine, sugar, salt and raisins to the milk.
    Mix flour with a small amount of the milk.
    Add to the milk mixture. Heat almost to a boil.
    Pour over the bread crumbs and let stand about 5 minutes.
    Add the nutmeg.
    Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
