Custard Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. frozen corn
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
1 large can evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs and add corn, salt, pepper and cracker crumbs. Heat evaporated milk, water and butter
and
add
to first mixture, add
sugar.
Pour into greased
1
1/2
quart
dish
and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Set in pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
