Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can whole or French beans
    1 can English peas
    1 can pimiento
    5 or 6 pieces celery
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 onion
    salt and paprika to taste
    1 container sour cream
    1/4 c. wine vinegar (red)
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cover cucumbers and onions; let chill and serve.
